Long story short, do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. First off, I have no idea how this place has a 4.8 star review. In my opinion, this place is overly priced, tastes terrible, and the prices are not transparent. I recently with my wife to try some ice cream, but when we arrived, we noticed they also had a little counter on the side filled with various items. Let’s start with this little side counter, shall we? Well, I immediately noticed that there was no pricing anywhere for the items inside. If I do not know the prices, then how can I estimate how much I am going to be spending? I decided to get a few smaller items and some of the cookie dough fudge. The few items were decent, but the fudge tasted like it had been sitting out for months. If fudge could be/taste stale, think of that…. Now on to the ice cream. I, myself, didn’t get any, but my wife got a cup with two choices; one of which being some sort of chocolate flavor. To me, it was mediocre; definitely not what I was expecting coming from a place that looks so “fancy.” I will never return here, even if they offered me something for free.

We needed a good ice place in Largo . I think it’s a good spot. Parking is easy and there’s plenty of room inside and outside. There’s a lot of flavor options. A few of the ice creams looked as they had melted and re-frozen 🥴 with ice crystals . I hope that the owners and managers keep the place clean . Our table had a napkin holder that had chocolate on top and something else on the side of it. It was also later in the day so many hands were on it, I’m sure . I had the butter pecan which was good , not as much flavor as I expected but the pecans were abundant. It was very soft though. The hot summer weather and being busy with the freezer doors open probably doesn’t help. We will definitely go back . It’s worth trying and supporting our local businesses. I hope it does well and is successful.

I can see why this place has been so busy. The ice cream is delicious, especially the cake flavor! We also tried the butter pecan, and it was just as good. The store is clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Can’t wait to come back and try more flavors.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strachan’s Ice Cream is such a great spot! The space is beautiful, fun, and welcoming, with a huge selection of delicious ice cream flavors. I took my girls, and they had so much fun sampling different flavors before finally choosing their favorites. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the entire experience was wonderful. We will definitely be back! 🍦💕
